1. Standard Replacement Terms
Eligibility for Replacements:
Replacements can be initiated only if:
The product is found to be faulty upon delivery.
The replacement request is made within 3 days of delivery.
Replacement Costs for Non-Faulty Products:
If a replacement is requested for a product that does not have any faults or if the 3-day replacement window has expired, the following costs apply:
25 AED/replacement, which will be charged to the Customer’s account.
Replacement Timeline:
Products eligible for replacement will be processed promptly, and customers will be informed about the estimated delivery time for the replacement item.
Customer Responsibility:
Customers must ensure the product is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and tags intact.
