Al Naas Collection strives to simplify the return process for customers while maintaining quality assurance standards. This section details the process and conditions for returning products.
1. Return Eligibility
Return Window:
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
Products outside this window will not be eligible for returns.
Condition of the Product:
Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
Returns for used or damaged products will not be accepted unless the product was delivered in such a condition.
Exclusions:
Certain products may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene or safety reasons. These exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product listing.
2. Return Process
Initiating a Return:
Customers can initiate a return by contacting Al Naas Collection’s support team via email or phone, providing details such as the order number and reason for the return.
Return Pickup:
A pickup will be scheduled for eligible returns. Customers will be informed of the pickup date and time.
Return Costs:
Return-related costs will be charged as follows:
Fulfillment and shipping cost of the initial order: 16 AED.
Cost of product pickup: 11 AED.
These costs may be deducted from the refund amount or charged directly to the Customer.
3. Refund After Return
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund process will be initiated if the return meets the eligibility criteria.
The refund amount, minus applicable costs, will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the customer’s preference.
